Hey Mama! We know comfort and timing matter, especially when you’re waiting on your Klubbies order. Here’s everything you need to know about how your maternity favorites reach you.
Order Processing
We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. During busy times or sales, it might take a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Express delivery (1–3 days) is available in select cities.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 ship for just ₹79.
Express shipping charges will appear at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000.
Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for your parcel.
Repeated COD refusals may limit this payment option in the future.
Delivery & Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. If your parcel is delayed, reach out to us at prashant@klubbies.com, and we’ll help sort it out quickly.
Change of Address
Need to update your address? No problem! Email us at prashant@klubbies.com before your order is shipped.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please send us a message within 48 hours along with photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
