Easy Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 48 Hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, maternity intimates and nursing essentials are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, just email us at prashant@klubbies.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the simple process. Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, please share photos with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during final sale, promotional events, or marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
